Gallery Owners:
When you sign up to be a Gallery Owner, you are responsible for the Gallery's content and payment. Payment is made according to the pricing schedule. Payment is deducted on a monthly basis from the installed credit card. The Gallery owner is responsible for all content and cannot hold MySummerPhotos.com and its creators responsible for content. As the owner of the site, you are responsible for inquires and usage of the photos. If for any reason you are concerned about an image, you have the capacity as the Gallery Owner to remove the pictures or written content at any time. My Summerphotos.com and its creators have the right to discontinue service for any reason they deem necessary. Warnings will be supplied before a site is disabled. This protection is for the benefit of the company and the people in the images. MySummerPhotos.com will not disable a gallery without a reason. MySummerPhotos is committed to the COPPA act of 1998 and will continue to protect children and Gallery Owners alike. A Gallery will stay up for exactly one year from the date of creation. MySummerPhotos will do everything within its power to keep equipment running properly. MySummerPhotos cannot be responsible for "Acts of God" such as Power Outages, Hurricanes and the like. We do back up files as often as possible.
Gallery Viewers:
As a Gallery Viewer you may only view galleries that you are registered with. When you sign up as a Gallery Viewer, you will be asked for a keyword that is given to you by the Gallery Owner. If you do not have this "Keyword" you will be unable to view the site. A Gallery Viewer may use the photos in these galleries for personal use only. You may not sell these images or abuse them in any manner. The pictures in the Gallery are the sole right of the Gallery Owner. MySummerPhotos.com is simply a secure vehicle to deliver quality content over the internet.
